Mordome was founded by Armando Pereira, an engineer from Ponta Delgada with over forty years in Silicon Valley technology.

Nothing during the pilot. Nothing is billed through the end of December 2026, and founding terms remain until June 2027. I'll show you the full pricing in person when I visit, with figures worked out for your property, not an average one.
No. Airbnb and Booking.com remain connected with a synchronized calendar, but become one channel among several, no longer the only way to your door.
The owner, directly. Mordome never receives or holds guests' money. For a direct booking, the money reaches your account a few business days after booking, not after check-in as on the platforms. August stays booked in June pay June's bills.
No. If you want to leave, you can.
No. We build a website with your property's brand, real-time availability and integrated payments.
The property does. History, contacts and reviews stay with you, so past guests know who to return to. GDPR is built into the platform: only aggregated, anonymous numbers reach the Region, and nothing is sold to third parties.
You receive 4% of what your guests spend with island businesses through Mordome: dinner, a boat trip or cheese tasting. It's new revenue that doesn't exist today.

No. No joining fee, no mandatory monthly fee and no exclusivity. The first thirty partners join as founders; I'll present the commercial terms in person.
At booking. Guests pay for a set time weeks before reaching the island, and the money goes straight to the business account, without waiting for the service date or month-end.
Yes. We build the website and booking system for those who don't have them. Your profile appears in the property where the guest will stay, recommended by their host, with the same quality as an operator with a marketing department.

Casa do Parque is about a kilometre from central Ponta Delgada. I welcome families and groups of friends discovering São Miguel, and manage it through Sentido Decimal, where I've been managing partner since 2022. I know the problems Mordome solves from my own doorstep: repeated guest questions, platform commissions and payment only after check-in.
